Fibroids are non-cancerous tumors that grow on or within the uterine walls. While they are relatively common, fibroids can cause a variety of symptoms, including heavy bleeding, pain, and fertility problems. While the exact cause of fibroids is unknown, diet is thought to play a role in their development.

In our inaugural post, I would like to make a case for the importance of awareness and wellness tools to equip fibroid patients along their journeys.
